By submitting this form, I am aware that membership investments are annual, due by the end of January. The first year’s investment cost is for a full year. The following year dues will be prorated to reflect the remaining months of my initial application. All applicants for membership shall be approved by the Board of Directors. 100% of Membership Investment can be claimed as a Business Expense. I also authorize that the Webster Groves/Shrewsbury/Rock Hill Area Chamber of Commerce may use photos of me and/or my employees from Chamber events for any and all promotional purposes.
